Gus just sent me this. He thinks its around the corner of 6th Avenue and West 14th Street, which is kind of in the middle between the bottom of central park and lower east side. He took it over 2 years ago. I thought it was a nice shot. Anyone know if it’s still there? Prolly? Click here for the bigger picture. /R
Sam Robinson is a London based photographer, but damn he gets around! He’s just released a set of images that were shot on a rooftop in New York documenting a polo crew. They are simply stunning, and really capture ambience of the late evening sun. Check out more of Sam’s work and his blog. Loads more sun drenched roof top action after the jump. /A
The rather talented chaps at FuseProject “were commissioned by the City of New York to create a product and brand that appeals to the new generation of bikers, would provide safety both in a context of a free bike program, and of a policy to promote cycling in the City.” I like the ability to lock the helmet up with your bike, but I’m just not quite sold on the covers. Whaddayathink? God knows what we’d end up with if Boris did the same here. (Robbed from Yanko) /A
