Ouch! I’m down…
I’ve bust up my knee pretty bad. Apparantly I have bone marrow odema in the posterior margin of the lateral tibial plateau and the MRI scans clearly demonstrate a minimally displaced 2cm posterior fracture fragment in my knee. Brilliant. No riding for me for a couple of weeks. Really wish I hadn’t tried tried that manual. /R
